Product Information
Rest Assured Memorials specializes in caskets, urns, memorial keepsakes, and related products. Minor variations in wood grain, fabric texture, stain tone, and handcrafted finishes may occur and are not considered defects.
Pricing and Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and Affirm. Payment availability may vary based on customer eligibility, location, and third-party provider approval.
By placing an order, you authorize Rest Assured Memorials to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery upgrades, and optional services selected during checkout.
Orders will not be processed until payment authorization has been successfully completed.
To help protect our customers and maintain a secure shopping experience, we reserve the right to request additional verification before processing certain orders. Verification may include confirmation of billing information, shipping information, identity verification, or payment authorization details. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed, canceled, or refunded at our discretion.
Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and collected where required by federal, state, and local law.
While we strive to ensure all pricing, product descriptions, and inventory information are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. Rest Assured Memorials reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or product information inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If an order is affected by a pricing or inventory error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Financing or installment payment options, when offered through Shop Pay, Klarna, Affirm, or other third-party providers, are subject to approval and the terms established by those providers. Rest Assured Memorials does not control financing decisions and is not responsible for approval, denial, account management, payment schedules, or financing agreements.
Funeral Home Deliveries
Under the FTC Funeral Rule and Minnesota consumer protection laws, funeral homes may not refuse delivery of a third-party casket or urn, charge handling fees solely for accepting delivery, or require the purchaser to be present at delivery.
Minnesota law also prohibits funeral providers from misrepresenting that a casket is legally required for cremation or related services unless specifically required by law.
Cremation Compatibility Notice
Customers are responsible for confirming urn sizing requirements with the crematory prior to purchase.
As a general guideline, one cubic inch of urn capacity is recommended for each pound of pre-cremation body weight.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Customers must inspect freight deliveries immediately upon arrival. Visible damage must be documented on the carrier receipt, photographed, and reported within 24 hours.
Limitation of Liability
Customers are responsible for verifying all product specifications, dimensions, and compatibility requirements prior to purchase.
To the fullest extent permitted under Minnesota law, Rest Assured Memorials’ liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

Force Majeure
